When it comes to restaurant designing, I look no further than Amol! With him, I must have done nearly 100 restaurants across Globe under SK Restaurants brand for Master Chef Sanjeev Kapoor. We worked on many concepts and I haven't seen anyone easier than Amol to explain what I
need and he took not more than one
briefing to deliver the same. In my budget. He is updated on what's going on in the industry and also understand the restaurant economics. Between us, we always took good care of customers' comfort and ease of serving by the staff at the same time. The ambience delivered is sustainable and with the least requirement of maintenance. My main concern used to be that the look should not become outdated in the very near future; he delivered timeless designs in return.
