Welcome to Creative Yard!
I’m Amol S. Divekar, and in 2008, I founded Creative Yard with a vision to combine creativity, innovation, and sustainability in Architecture and Design. What began as a passion has grown into a multi-disciplinary design consultancy with offices in Dubai and Mumbai.
Today, Creative Yard delivers diverse projects across Architecture, Interior design, Landscape, and Mmaster Planning. Over the years, we’ve built a reputation for creating thought provoking, innovative and sustainable designs that reflect our commitment to excellence.
Our work has been featured in various international and national media, and we’re proud to collaborate with leading clients in the hospitality and commercial sectors across the Middle East and India.

What we do
We are a firm comprising of Architects, Interior & Landscape Designers what we also like to call a Team.
We literally love “Designing” anything and everything, be it a Console Table in a Hotel Lobby to complex projects like Master Planning, Hospitality, Healthcare, Industrial, Commercial, Residential Architecture and Interior Design.
Mies Van Der Rohe said “God Lies in Details” and that is one guiding principle that keeps the entire team pushing the realms of Design keeping pragmatism and functionality at the core of each project.
It is like a painting both aesthetical and enriched with deep meaning.
A Little About Me
I’ve been fortunate to have over 20 years of experience in Architecture and Interior design, working across the globe.
My education in Architecture from Mumbai and a post-graduate degree in project and construction management have shaped my approach to creating contextually relevant and holistically designed spaces.
But my passion goes beyond large-scale projects. Some of my most fulfilling work has been designing solutions for communities, like toilets for schoolgirls in remote Indian villages or sustainable projects in the deserts of Sharjah, UAE.
These efforts are rooted in my belief that Architecture has the power to positively shape our environment and lives.
When I’m not designing, you’ll find me immersed in wildlife photography or exploring ways to address man-animal conflicts near wildlife reserves. I also love sharing my experiences with budding architects as a former guest lecturer, encouraging them to explore the depth and responsibility that comes with this profession.
